You understand it is your responsibility to submit the appropriate receipts to APIA Scholars in a timely manner after receiving and using the funds.

You understand that you are solely responsible for any additional expenses beyond the funding awarded and for ensuring that all funds are used in compliance with the program guidelines. 

You understand you will be required to submit a written report detailing your career development experience upon completion. APIA Scholars may also offer optional engagement opportunities, such as sharing photos or participating in virtual meetings with fellow or future recipients. Additional program expectations and engagement opportunities may be introduced, and recipients will be notified in advanced of any required commitments.
